I gree with shuva either your sister is drunk or it is me... or more obviously it's the hill that makes it look like that ^^.
About your sister, just seing the back I can't really say she's handsome, but I can say her silhouette looks nice.
About the photo, it's really nice, I like this kind of photo, where you're looking at what the subject looks. If I had something to suggest for next try, I think that you should put your subject a little less on the border (but still on the left) unless there is something catching the eye in the background.
